Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Sales role based in Lucknow. The Fashion Sales professional will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and recommending tailored solutions. Daily tasks include providing exceptional customer service, managing sales activities, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the store through effective communication and sales strategies. The role may also involve client education on products and tailoring options available.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
• Experience in providing Training to junior staff and ensuring consistent standards of service.
• Knowledge of fashion and tailoring trends is a plus.
• Ability to work as part of a team and in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Prior experience in luxury or fashion retail is advantageous.
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and adaptability are key assets for success in this role.
