We at Umay Benaras, a luxury ethnicwear brand, are looking for a Fashion Sales & Customer Experience Executive who can create warm, memorable, and satisfying experiences for our clients, both online and in-store.
This role is for someone who's not just passionate about selling, but about understanding people, styling them beautifully, and carrying forward the essence of handcrafted Indian heritage with every interaction.
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Assist customers across WhatsApp, Instagram & in-store with styling and product selection
- Handle the complete sales process — from inquiry to purchase to post-sale follow-ups
- Build genuine relationships with clients and offer a personalized buying experience
- Understand customer needs deeply and guide them towards the right saree or outfit
- Maintain customer databases, trackers, and sales records systematically
- Collaborate with the team to meet monthly sales goals and enhance client satisfaction
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- 1–3 years of experience in fashion or ethnicwear sales / customer interaction roles
- Background in Fashion, Textile, or Apparel Design (education or experience)
- Excellent communication in English & Hindi
- Strong styling sense — you know what looks good on whom and why
- Basic understanding of fabrics, embroidery, and tailoring
- Warmth, patience, and confidence while dealing with women clientele
- A customer-first approach and genuine passion for serving people
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience handling premium or NRI clients
- Understand how women shop for occasions, weddings, and festive wear
- Have worked in a boutique, designer studio, or luxury fashion brand before.

Competitive Salary: 20,000-24,000 per month (Based on Experience)
