Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes and production workflows.
  • Apply knowledge of pattern making, garment construction, grading, fabric sourcing, and quality control standards.
  • Coordinate effectively with production supervisors, tailors, quality controllers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor production timelines and ensure adherence to quality and delivery standards.
  • Conduct quality checks at various stages of production to maintain high-quality finishing and workmanship.
  • Ensure production processes comply with brand standards and quality requirements.
