About the Role
We are looking for a creative and commercially driven Fashion GraphicDesigner to join our Men's Apparel Design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of men's fashion, graphic language, print development and current youth/fashion trends, with the ability to translate concepts into commercially viable prints.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop original print, graphic and artwork concepts for men's apparel across T-shirts, shirts, sweatshirts, jackets and other relevant categories.
- Research global fashion, streetwear, youth culture, social media and emerging trends to identify relevant print directions.
- Create placement prints, all-over prints, typography, graphic illustrations and surface designs aligned with the brand's aesthetic.
- Develop seasonal print concepts and mood boards based on design briefs and collection themes.
- Work closely with the Design, Merchandising, Product Development and Sourcing teams to take designs from concept to final production.
- Adapt and refine artwork based on garment silhouettes, fabric, colourways and production requirements.
- Create multiple colourways and commercial variations of selected designs.
- Ensure artworks are production-ready, maintaining accuracy in dimensions, colour separation, repeats and print specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors/printers to ensure the final output matches the approved artwork.
- Track competitor brands and market trends to identify new graphic and print opportunities.
- Maintain an organised library of artwork, print developments, references and seasonal collections.
- Participate in collection reviews and present design concepts to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Print/Graphic Design, preferably within men's fashion, apparel or lifestyle brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing apparel prints, graphics and commercial design work.
- Good understanding of men's fashion, streetwear, typography, illustration and graphic trends.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; knowledge of other design tools will be an advantage.
- Strong sense of colour, composition, typography and visual storytelling.
- Ability to convert trend research and creative references into original, commercially relevant designs.
- Understanding of apparel printing techniques such as screen printing, DTF/DTG, sublimation, embroidery and other surface applications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight timelines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Education: Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Textile Design or a related discipline preferred.
