Business Analyst with 2 to 4 Years of Experience

Looking for a smart, self-driven person with 2 to 4 years of experience from healthcare IT industry doing analysis in the US healthcare, revenue cycle management, claims processing & medical billing.

This position requires good English communication skills, both written and spoken, technical writing skills, software design skills, experience in software requirements/specifications gathering, good data analytic skills and the candidates must be self-motivated and a self-starter. Must have decent SQL skills including the ability to write stored procedures. Further, it requires good multitasking skills where the candidate can manage multiple tasks effectively with high productivity and be able to mentor junior analysts. Candidates must have the aptitude to learn a secure cloud-based product quickly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this position include the following:

• Product Management.

Articulate & Design incremental features and larger features as well.

Use cases, Process / Data Flow creation & maintenance.

Understanding the expEDIum suite of products.

Understanding the various expEDIum data modules such as dashboard, and reports.

Generate reports, Perform Data analytics.

Research on various healthcare industry standards including data formats.

Client calls for collecting software requirements/specifications, training, etc.

Product, Technical documentation including software release notes.

Product training, Product tutorials.

Pre-sales support.

Any other relevant tasks.

Qualifications:

Masters or Bachelors

Work experience as a Business Analyst 2 to 4 years

Must have good SQL Skills. (Hands on Experience )

Expertise in using MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SQL and Balsamiq.

Knowledge on any other design tools would be a plus.

Any other tools such as Photoshop, Camtasia, Figma, use cases tools, Prototyping & Data Analytic tools, etc would be desired.

Candidate must be a Team player and be able to work with the team of Business Analysts Efficiently.
