Work Profile:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer to join our team. The role involves creating collections, conducting research & development, and managing sampling. The ideal candidate should be able to identify trends, understand technical aspects of garment construction, and support day-to-day brand activities.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop new collections from concept to sampling.
• Conduct trend research, fabric research, and R&D.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage sourcing and field work.
• Oversee sampling, fit checks, and technical details.
• Create and schedule social media posts.
• Manage online orders and basic customer communication.
• Support photoshoots when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Ability in sketching and digital illustration.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
