We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer with fluent English skills to join our team. This role requires strong communication skills to work with international clients, buyers, and manufacturers while ensuring design concepts translate into successful production.

Role Overview

As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for developing trend-driven designs, working closely with buyers, merchandisers, and production teams, and ensuring high-quality execution of apparel collections.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Product Development

• Create innovative, market-driven designs based on global fashion trends.
• Develop tech packs, sketches, and specifications for production.
• Work closely with fabric, trim, and color selection teams.
• Ensure that designs are commercially viable and production-friendly.

Client & Buyer Communication

• Work directly with international clients and buyers to understand their design needs.
• Communicate fluently in English via email, video calls, and presentations.
• Present design concepts, fabric swatches, and product samples professionally.

Collaboration with Merchandising & Production

• Coordinate with merchandisers and sourcing teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Provide clear instructions to manufacturers to maintain design integrity.
• Oversee sampling and prototyping processes to ensure quality and fit.

Trend Research & Market Analysis

• Stay updated on global fashion trends, competitor analysis, and consumer preferences.
• Attend fashion trade shows and exhibitions (if required).
• Suggest new product categories and design innovations.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 0-1 years of experience as a Fashion Designer (preferably in apparel manufacturing or export houses).

Education: Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field.

English Proficiency:Must be fluent in spoken and written English (client communication required).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and 3D fashion design software.

Knowledge of Fabrics & Production: Strong understanding of textile properties, print techniques, and garment construction.

Creativity & Market Awareness: Passion for fashion trends and ability to develop commercial yet unique designs.

Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure precision in design specs, fittings, and quality control.
