Job Description

ARVA is seeking a dynamic and creative Fashion Designer with a strong sense of sales kowledge who combines strong design expertise with exceptional sales ability to deliver a refined shopping experience. The ideal candidate will represent the brand with elegance, confidence, and professionalism while seamlessly blending fashion design skills with high-end client servicing.

Key Responsibilities

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build lasting relationships with clients and deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

Proficiency in Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting to provide tailored style advice and recommendations.

Promote premium collections, fabrics, fits, and brand heritage

Sales expertise to meet individual and team targets, and contribute to driving revenue.

Build long-term relationships with high-value and repeat customers

Provide expert guidance on fabrics, including fiber content, weave, finish, durability and care.

A keen awareness of fashion trends and aesthetics, with a passion for luxury styles.

Apply design skills to create custom designer pieces for the clients

Apply fashion design knowledge to contribute to the collection designs of ARVA.

Job Specification

Qualification:

Graduate in Fashion Designing (Fashion / Retail)

Technical Knowledge

Strong understanding of fabrics, fibers, weaves, finishes, and garment care

Knowledge of pattern, fit, drape, and construction techniques

Ability to explain design value and material quality to customers

Knowledge of fashion designing and garment construction

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in premium fashion retail, fashion consulting, or designing

Salary & Benefits

Salary: 25,000 40,000 per month (depending on experience and skill level)
