Role & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new collections aligned with current market trends and brand requirements.
• Create detailed sketches and technical drawings to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Select appropriate fabrics, trims, and embellishments to enhance the design aesthetic.
• Coordinate closely with sampling, merchandising, and production teams to ensure timely execution of collections.
• Conduct thorough research on trends, colors, and styles to keep collections competitive and relevant.
• Review and finalize samples, ensuring they meet quality standards and design specifications.
• Maintain comprehensive records of designs, samples, and collections for future reference and documentation.
