•     Create inspiration boards and design themes, incorporating elements such as embroidery, fabric manipulation, prints, over-dye, and tie-dye techniques.

•     Translate seasonal themes into design concepts and product lines aligned with brand identity and market needs.

•     Oversee the design process from concept to sample development and final approval.

•     Provide technical input on yarn selection, fabric structure, and garment construction to ensure accurate execution/ production friendly.

•     Visit printing and dyeing units to monitor quality and innovation in print techniques.

•     Source innovative trims and fabrics locally and internationally.

•     Maintain and manage vendor relationships to ensure seasonal material availability and quality compliance.

•     Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of evolving trends.

•     Translate insights into actionable design strategies.

•     Distribute seasonal inspiration themes across the team for focused, collaborative development.

•     Mentor and provide creative direction to design team members.

•     Ensure all design outputs align with seasonal calendars and brand timelines.

•     Create and deliver compelling design presentations to buyers on a seasonal basis.

•     Attend overseas meetings with key clients to present collections and incorporate feedback into development.

•     Interpret and analyze buyer mood boards and inspirations accurately to ensure alignment with their vision.
