Banarashe is a modern fashion label blending traditional Banarasi textiles with contemporary design. We focus on creating unique, wearable pieces for the new generation.

Role Description

Assist in design development (sketching, concept boards, fabric selection)

• Work on Banarasi fabric sourcing & research

• Support in sampling and production coordination

• Help with styling and photoshoots

• Assist in social media content creation (Reels, BTS, posts)

• Maintain design records and moodboards

• Coordinate with tailors/artisans for execution

Qualifications

• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in common office tools and software
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program
