Role Description
We're looking for a Graduate Fashion Designer to join our Mumbai studio full-time. This is an onsite role based in Andheri West, reporting to our Office Lead. As part of a growing and passionate team, you will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the studio. Your responsibilities will include designing and sketching new ideas, sourcing fabrics and trims, assisting with fittings and production, and contributing to social media and e-commerce tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and sketching new concepts for Western silhouettes
- Source fabrics, trims, and accessories that align with the brand's aesthetic
- Support fittings and assist with sampling and development
- Collaborate with the team on e-commerce uploads and day-to-day upkeep of the website
- Assist in processing orders and managing shipments
- Prepare monthly reports for the Founders
- Contribute to social media content creation and planning
- Help manage day-to-day studio tasks and coordination
Qualifications:
- A degree in Fashion Design or a related field
- Strong interest or experience in designing Western silhouettes and garments
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and/or Procreate
- Excellent attention to detail and strong creative sensibility
- Good communication and team collaboration skills
- A passion for conscious fashion and an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Please Note:
- This is an onsite role based in Andheri West, Mumbai
- The role is Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
- Candidates who are not able to work from the office will not be considered
Preferred (but not required):
- Familiarity with sustainable fashion practices
- Basic understanding of production planning and garment construction
- Social media or e-commerce experience in a fashion context
