- Knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and creating iconic silhouettes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce design solutions that align with the brand's vision.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of streetwear fashion, innovation, and the culture we operate in.
- Ability to produce designs suitable for our leading brand and understand industry trends.
What's the Role
- Lead the design process from initial concept to final execution, ensuring authenticity and alignment with the brand's vision.
- Create detailed sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings to communicate design ideas to the production team.
- Oversee and guide the sample creation processes to ensure accurate translation of designs into physical garments.
