Fashion Designer

About the Job

We're looking for a Fashion Designer to join the Bluorng team and work hands-on in building our apparel range. If you have a strong sense of design, care about the details, and want to work in an environment where your work actually shows up on the final product — this might be the right fit.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work on seasonal collections from concept to sampling, staying true to the brand's creative direction
• Create sketches, technical drawings, and garment specs that are clear enough for vendors and pattern makers to execute without back and forth
• Be involved in fabric and trim sourcing alongside the procurement team
• Sit in on fittings, give precise corrections, and follow through until the sample is right
• Keep tech packs updated and accurate throughout the development process

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience working in apparel design, at a brand, label, or design house
• A portfolio that shows range and a point of view, not just execution
• Comfortable with sketching and working knowledge of pattern making and garment construction
• Familiar with fabrics, trims, and how things are actually made
• Can put together a tech pack independently without much hand-holding
• Works well in Adobe Illustrator; CLO 3D experience is a bonus
