Role & Responsibilities
- Assist senior designers in ideating, sketching, and developing seasonal fashion concepts aligned with brand DNA and sales forecasts.
- Digitally render flat tech packs, colorways, and fabric swatches using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for vendor communication.
- Support pattern-making and sample development by liaising with production teams and ensuring fit & finish meet quality standards.
- Research emerging trends, competitor offerings, and social media aesthetics to contribute to mood boards and collection direction.
- Manage fabric sourcing coordination, costing sheets, and maintain design archives for seasonal re-runs and line extensions.
- Participate in fit sessions, photo shoots, and styling edits to ensure final product matches design intent and brand identity.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Adobe Illustrator

- MS Excel (for costing & merchandising)
Preferred
- Experience with CAD pattern software (e.g., Gerber, Lectra)
- Past internship or project work with fast-fashion or e-commerce brands
- Familiarity with Indian ethnic & fusion silhouettes
