Qualifications and Skills:
- A degree in Fashion Design or a related field from NIFT or a recognized fashion institute.
- 2-4 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills and technical proficiency.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.
- Excellent understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and textiles.
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for color, texture, and aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Knowledge of sustainable and ethical fashion practices is a plus.
