- Forecasting fashion trends for the forthcoming season along with market surveys.
- Design development based on concept/mood boards, color, story and forecast.
- Sourcing appropriate fabrics, trims & embroideries for the garments.
- Precision at first stage to ensure all changes related to the style (fabric / textile design / colour / fit / style / trim /finish).
- Ensuring T & A's as per plan.
- Hit rate of concepts/embroideries designed per story v/s those selected during L2 and range Closure to be 75%.
