Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Fashion Design Faculty member based in Thriprayar. The faculty will be responsible for teaching fashion design courses, developing curriculum, preparing and delivering engaging lessons, providing mentorship to students, and organizing workshops and practical design activities. They will also assess student progress, guide project work, and stay updated on fashion industry trends to ensure quality education.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Fashion Design principles, garment construction, and textile knowledge
• Experience in teaching or mentoring in creative fields, with strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to develop engaging curriculum and hands-on lessons
• Familiarity with fashion trends, design software, and tools used in the industry
• Commitment to fostering creativity and practical skills in students
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Design or related field
• Previous industry experience in fashion design is a strong advantage
