Role Requisites:
- Superior understanding of retailing and global trends.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills - understand customer needs.
- Good at relationship building - conversion to sales.
- Ability to follow brand and store guidelines.
- Good operations experience receiving stock, inventory keeping, cash handling, etc.
Education & Experience Requisites:
- Minimum 1 years
- Ability to understand and handle aspects of retail operational and merchandising - from the delivery of stock to the final sale of the product.
- Should be able to share multiple instances of Customer Delight and strong one-to-one relationship building.
- Shift Timings - 10 AM - 7 PM , 1 PM - 10 PM, 9 AM - 6 PM (on rotational basis).
- One weekday off
CTC: Up to Rs. 52,000 per month plus incentives
