talented and passionate Fashion Consultant to join our team in Pune.
As a Fashion Consultant, your role will be crucial in achieving our sales targets and providing an
exceptional customer experience. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer
accurate information about our products. Your keen eye for fashion trends and your ability to up-sell
and cross-sell will contribute to the success of our store. If you have a strong customer-centric

Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets of the store.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction and engage with customers in a welcoming manner.
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information about our products.
- Effectively present product features, benefits, applications, pricing, and serviceability.
- Demonstrate up-selling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales.
- Adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for customer service, visual
merchandising, store ambience, and other store-related aspects.
- Share customer feedback and insights with the Store Manager to enhance the overall customer
experience.
- Stay updated with the latest market trends and monitor competition.
- Assist in other duties as directed by superiors.Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong customer-centric approach with a focus on providing exceptional service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of fashion trends, designers, and brands.
- Ability to effectively engage with customers and understand their preferences.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with visual merchandising principles.
- Flexible to work day shifts and rotational shifts.
