Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Consultant located in Ludhiana. The Fashion Consultant will engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, recommend tailored fashion solutions, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a thorough understanding of product offerings, assisting with in-store displays, and supporting sales initiatives to achieve store targets.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting to guide clients effectively
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and provide superior customer experiences
• Sales skills, including the ability to handle transactions, upsell, and meet sales targets
• A keen eye for style, trends, and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in fashion retail or consulting is an advantage
