This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Consultant based in Ludhiana. The Fashion Consultant will collaborate with customers to provide personalized style advice, recommend suitable products, and enhance the overall shopping experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends and Octave's product offerings, assisting with sales, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

• Comprehensive knowledge of product details and current fashion trends
• Proficiency in fashion consulting and providing tailored style advice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Sales skills, including the ability to upsell and build customer relationships
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in a fashion retail or consulting role is preferred
