Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Consultant based in New Delhi. The Fashion Consultant will engage clients by providing expert fashion advice, ensure a superior customer experience, and assist with product selection that aligns with client preferences. The role entails styling, offering detailed product knowledge, helping clients understand current trends, and driving sales to meet store goals while maintaining the brand's ethos of excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Fashion Consulting and a deep understanding of current fashion trends and styling
• Comprehensive Product Knowledge to assist clients in selecting suitable couture pieces
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction
• Proven experience in Sales, with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets
• Detail-oriented with a passion for couture and superior craftsmanship
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and build meaningful customer relationships
• Prior experience in the luxury fashion industry preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
