Job Title: Fashion Consultant plus Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and ensure excellent customer experience. The role involves handling walk-in customers, generating new leads, achieving sales targets, and supporting overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- For B2B Sales Store
- Attend and assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products
- Handle sales inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, video appointments, and emails
- Generate new leads and follow up with existing and potential customers
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, accounts) for smooth order execution
- Maintain accurate customer data and sales records
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and sales campaigns
- Ensure proper product display and presentation (for showroom sales)
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused and target-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, or sales software
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Problem-solving and follow-up skills
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / Diploma in fashion designing
- 14 years of experience in sales (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
- Experience in B2B / garment / fashion is an advantage
