Fashion Consultant — Delhi (On-site)We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to join our Delhi store. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring a strong understanding of luxury retail, client engagement, and operational discipline.
The ideal candidate will deliver a refined and personalized shopping experience, while contributing to store performance through effective client servicing, product knowledge, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized styling consultations aligned with client preferences and brand positioning
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance loyalty and repeat business
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, including design details, materials, and collection stories
- Deliver exceptional customer service in line with luxury retail standards
- Support sales initiatives and contribute towards achieving store targets
- Stay updated on current fashion trends and effectively translate them for clients
- Assist in inventory management, including stock organization, replenishment, and tracking
- Execute inter-store stock transfers and maintain accurate documentation and coordination
- Ensure adherence to store processes, visual merchandising standards, and operational protocols

Eligibility- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service within a luxury fashion brand
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion or a related field
