About the Role:

HOUSE OF SHERIFF - BANGALORE - FULL TIME - ONSITE - MIN 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN MENSWEAR - BANGALORE BASED ONLY.

We are looking for a polished and client-focused Fashion Business Development Executive to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will guide grooms and their families through fabric and style selections, suggest design elements, and oversee the process from consultation to final delivery. Your role is to research market trends, competitor strategies and customer preferences to shape business development plans and creating a seamless and luxurious experience that reflects our brand's commitment to excellence. While working towards building systems and processes to automate your role and nurture future talent. We're looking for someone to build and maintain a long-term vision with that will grow into one of our core team members and be able to lead and train the entire sales team in the future. Not only limited to retail but other verticals such as exports, b2b, e-commerce, too.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients and provide personalized consultations in line with the brand's standards.
• Showcase fabrics, styles, and design options suited to weddings and special occasions.
• Advise clients on cuts, silhouettes, embellishments, and details that enhance their personal style.
• Record and confirm client specifications with precision before passing to production.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure flawless execution of client orders.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure garments meet the highest standards of fit, finish, and craftsmanship.
• Oversee timely delivery of garments and ensure client satisfaction at every step.
• Build long-term relationships with clients by offering aftercare, styling advice, and ongoing support.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in fashion, bespoke tailoring, or high-end client servicing (preferred).
• Strong understanding of men's fashion, fabrics, and wedding wear trends.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a refined sense of presentation.
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple client orders seamlessly.
• A passion for craftsmanship, service and creating memorable client experiences.
