About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity to join a newly launching fashion startup focused on the athleisure and modern workwear segment. The selected candidate will work directly with the founder and play a key role in building the brand from the ground up.
This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure across multiple functions including product development, sourcing, branding, shoots, vendor management, and day-to-day startup operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the founder on business setup and brand execution
- Support product development, sampling, and collection planning
- Coordinate with factories, vendors, suppliers, and production units
- Manage sourcing of fabrics, trims, and related materials
- Assist in planning and execution of shoots, campaigns, and launches
- Contribute ideas for branding, social media, and Gen Z marketing initiatives
- Track timelines, follow-ups, and ensure smooth execution of tasks
- Handle multiple operational and creative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1–5 years of experience in fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or startup environment
- Background in athleisure, sportswear, workwear, or clothing brands preferred
- Strong understanding of current fashion trends and consumer behaviour
- Familiarity with Instagram, reels, and youth-focused branding/content
- Highly proactive, energetic, and execution-driven personality
- Comfortable with field work including factory/vendor visits
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Startup mindset with willingness to learn and grow
