Role Purpose

The Fashion Consultant will be responsible for delivering an elevated customer experience, driving individual sales performance, cultivating long-term client relationships, and serving as a trusted style advisor to Evoluzione's discerning clientele. This role requires an individual who thrives in a relationship-driven luxury retail environment and takes pride in providing personalized fashion solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Experience

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.

• Provide personalized styling advice and wardrobe recommendations to clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Conduct regular client follow-ups to drive repeat purchases and customer loyalty.

• Ensure every client receives a seamless and memorable shopping experience.

Clienteling & Customer Management

• Develop and maintain an updated customer database.

• Understand customer preferences, occasions, and purchase history to offer relevant recommendations.

• Inform clients about new arrivals, designer launches, trunk shows, and special collections.

• Support appointment-based selling and personal shopping experiences.

Product & Merchandise Knowledge

• Maintain strong knowledge of designers, collections, fabrics, craftsmanship, and seasonal trends.

• Assist customers in selecting products that best suit their needs and preferences.

• Ensure merchandise is displayed and presented according to store standards.

• Provide feedback on customer preferences and product performance to the management team.

Store Operations

• Support daily store operations, including stock management and inventory checks.

• Ensure the boutique is well-maintained and visually appealing at all times.

• Assist in handling customer queries, alterations, and order follow-ups.

• Adhere to company policies, processes, and service standards.

Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in luxury fashion, premium retail, lifestyle, beauty, hospitality, or customer-facing sales roles.

• Passion for fashion, styling, and luxury customer service.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused.

• Ability to build relationships and work in a target-driven environment.

• Prior experience in designer, luxury, or premium retail will be an advantage.
