Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Junior Fashion Consultant for Ed A Mamma, a Reliance Retail brand. This full-time position is available in Chennai, Raipur, Delhi, Cochin, Hyderabad, Varanasi, and Lucknow. Candidates should have 1-3 years of relevant experience and a passion for delivering exceptional style and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or fashion consulting, demonstrating strong understanding of current fashion trends and retail operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with a diverse customer base and successful team collaboration.
  • In-depth product knowledge, with the ability to educate and inspire customers about various fashion offerings and collections.
  • Facility in personal shopping techniques, guiding customers to select products that suit their preferences, lifestyles, and occasions.
  • Proficiency in sales, consistently meeting and exceeding store targets through exceptional consultative selling and follow-up strategies.
  • Strong trend analysis skills to stay ahead in recommending fashionable choices aligned with seasonal and brand trends.
  • Customer service excellence, ensuring high satisfaction levels and nurturing repeat business through a personalized approach.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment, multitasking between client needs, merchandise management, and team support.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Act as a personal style advisor to customers, providing personalized product recommendations and dressing solutions tailored to their individual needs.
  • Demonstrate up-to-date product knowledge and share insights with shoppers to enhance their style and wardrobe choices.
  • Assist in driving store sales and achieving targets by building relationships, upselling, and maximizing conversion opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of current fashion industry trends to offer informed and relevant advice, maintaining Ed A Mammas trend-forward positioning.
  • Provide an engaging and memorable in-store experience through attentive customer service, from greeting to after-sales support.
  • Support in maintaining visual merchandising standards and store presentation as directed by management.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous learning initiatives to improve professional expertise.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve challenges promptly to ensure satisfaction and brand loyalty.
