Role Description

We are seeking a Fashion Consultant cum Sales Representative to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in New Delhi. Key responsibilities include providing personalized fashion advice to clients, offering exceptional customer service, assisting with product selection, ensuring product knowledge, and ensuring sales targets. The role entails maintaining a strong understanding of current fashion trends and actively leading the overall sales and customer service experience at Aggunj.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Product Knowledge and expertise in Fashion Consulting.
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills, ensuring high-quality client interactions.
• Proven ability in driving Sales and achieving targets.
• Ability to build client relationships and demonstrate professionalism in an on-site retail environment.
• Passion for fashion and luxury retail, with an understanding of market trends and emerging styles.
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in fashion consultancy, sales, or retail will be an advantage.
