Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Fashion Consultant. The Fashion Consultant will assist clients in selecting bridal couture and other fashion items based on their preferences and needs. Responsibilities include providing personalized styling advice, maintaining product knowledge, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves coordinating appointments, managing inventory displays, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience tailored to each client.
Qualifications
- experience of sales in Indian ethnic wear is a must
- Strong command of English language
- Knowledge of fashion trends, styling, and an understanding of bridal couture
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Salesmanship and ability to recommend products effectively
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to coordinate fittings and appointments
- Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
- A passion for fashion and an eye for design
