Job Title: Fare Filing Executive (ATPCO)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Fare Filing Executive to manage and

execute fare filings using the ATPCO (Airline Tariff Publishing Company) system. The ideal

candidate will ensure accurate and timely filing of fares, rules, and taxes, supporting our

commercial strategy and maximizing revenue potential.

Key Responsibilities:

File fares, fare rules, and taxes into ATPCO in accordance with commercial and pricing

strategies.

Ensure accuracy and consistency of fare data across all channels, including GDSs

(Amadeus & Travelport) and airline PSS (KIU).

Coordinate closely with Revenue Management, Sales, and Network Planning teams for fare

initiatives and promotions.

Maintain and update automated pricing rules (CATs), routing data, and surcharges.

Monitor competitor fare filings and industry trends to suggest tactical pricing responses.

Assist in loading and maintaining private fares, corporate fares, and interline fare

agreements.

Conduct regular audits of filed fares to ensure compliance and resolve any discrepancies.

Support system migrations or upgrades related to ATPCO fare filing.

Liaise with ATPCO for technical support or updates as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Experience with GDS is a must.

Prior experience in fare filing using ATPCO is a must.

Knowledge of GDS fare structure, airline tariffs, and pricing logic.

Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.

Familiarity with fare rule categories (e.g. CAT 133), ticketing restrictions, and IATA

resolutions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work with large data sets.

Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification or formal training in ATPCO fare filing or related airline pricing systems.

Experience with any of the following: Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport .

Bachelor's degree in Airline Management, Business, Economics, or related field.
