Capgemini is looking for an experienced Falcon Consultant with strong technical expertise in the FICO Falcon Fraud Manager suite to support implementation, upgrades, and production operations. The role requires hands-on experience in Falcon infrastructure, application maintenance, and fraud domain understanding to support mission-critical fraud detection platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and maintain FICO Falcon Fraud Manager solutions across environments.
- Deploy, administer, and maintain Falcon application servers, including:
- Scoring Server
- Couchbase
- MUX
- Case Manager
- Expert
- Perform end-to-end BAU and Production support for Falcon applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Proactively troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes for Falcon platform incidents.
- Plan and execute Falcon application upgrades to latest versions, including impact analysis, testing, and post-upgrade validation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (infrastructure, network, database, application support) to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational best practices.
- Support client discussions, audits, and documentation related to Falcon systems.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with FICO Falcon Fraud Manager suite implementation and support.
- Proven technical expertise in deploying and maintaining Falcon infrastructure components.
- Experience in Falcon BAU / Production support environments.
- Solid understanding of Fraud Detection and AML domain concepts, particularly in card or transaction monitoring systems.
- Experience working in high-availability, mission-critical production environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex application and infrastructure issues under tight SLAs.
Good to Have :
- FICO Falcon Certification (preferred).
