This is a full-time, on-site Faculty Member role at Sasurie Institutions, located in Coimbatore. The Faculty Member will be responsible for conducting lectures, preparing curriculum and lesson plans, guiding students academically, and engaging in research activities. The role also includes evaluating and mentoring students, contributing to institutional academic programs, and participating in departmental and institutional initiatives to enhance educational outcomes.

• Strong subject expertise and skills in pedagogy, curriculum design, and delivery.
• Proficiency in mentoring, student evaluation, and academic counseling.
• Experience or interest in research and publication within the respective academic domain.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills to engage effectively with students and colleagues.
• Master's degree or higher in the relevant field is required; a Ph.D. or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
• Prior teaching experience and knowledge of innovative teaching methods are beneficial.
