Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality lectures using contemporary and experiential pedagogy
- Develop curriculum, course content, and assessment tools
- Mentor students for academic excellence and career readiness
- Engage in research, publications, and case development
- Participate in accreditation, academic planning, and institutional initiatives
- Support admissions, examinations, events, and academic committees
- Strengthen industry interaction and live projects
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Qualifications as per UGC / AICTE norms
- PhD / NET preferred (mandatory as per role requirements)
- Relevant teaching experience at UG/PG level
- Research publications in reputed journals (preferred)
- Strong communication and classroom engagement skills
