The Faculty Member will be responsible for delivering engaging financial literacy and money management courses with a focus on practical, industry-oriented insights. Responsibilities include designing and adapting curriculum, teaching students, mentoring learners, and maintaining academic excellence. Additionally, the Faculty Member will contribute to content creation and ensure a seamless learning experience. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune District.

• Strong knowledge of financial literacy topics, money management, and education industry best practices
• Experienced in curriculum development and delivering engaging and interactive training sessions
• Excellent communication, teaching, and public speaking skills
• Proficiency in adapting content to cater to diverse student demographics within K10, K12, and higher education
• Ability to mentor students and foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment
• Prior experience with educational technology and online/blended learning methodologies is a plus
• Master's Degree in Finance, Education, or related fields; teaching certifications are an advantage
