Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Faculty member specializing in CA Inter Audit & Practical Subjects - FM, Accounts, Tax, Costing. The primary responsibilities include preparing and delivering lectures, creating lesson plans, grading assignments, and providing guidance to students. Additionally, the role involves staying updated with the latest educational trends and methodologies, participating in faculty meetings and workshops, and contributing to the overall growth of the academy through a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Expertise in CA Inter subjects such as Audit & Practical Subjects, FM, Accounts, Tax, and Costing
• Proficiency in creating and delivering engaging lesson plans and lectures
• Strong evaluation and grading skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the academic community
• Minimum educational requirement: CA, or Master's degree in a related field
• Prior teaching experience in a similar role is highly desirable
