Position: Faculty- Design & Multimedia (Graphics, UX/UI, Motion Graphics, Video Animation)

Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 7,00,000 per year (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and interactive lectures for one or more of the following courses:

Graphic Design

UX/UI Design

Motion Graphics Design

Video Animation

Develop and update course materials, assignments, and projects to ensure relevance and industry

alignment.

Provide hands-on training, guiding students through practical exercises and portfolio development.

Evaluate and assess student progress through assignments, projects, and exams.

Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into the curriculum.

Mentor and inspire students to help them achieve their creative and professional goals.

Required Qualifications:

2-3 years of proven expertise in one or more of the mentioned disciplines: Graphic Design, UX/UI

Design, Motion Graphics, or Video Animation.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.), Figma,

and other relevant tools.

Strong knowledge of video production, animation techniques, and multimedia tools.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Prior teaching experience (preferred) or a strong willingness to mentor and guide students.

Passionate about education and fostering creativity in students.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in creating industry-standard projects and portfolios.

Familiarity with e-learning platforms or online teaching methods (if applicable).

A creative mindset and a problem-solving approach.
