About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Motion Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, typography, composition, and timing.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging motion graphics, animations, reels, social media videos, and digital creatives.
Develop visual concepts and transform ideas into compelling animated content.
Work closely with the creative, content, and social media teams to deliver high-quality creatives.
Create animations, transitions, typography, visual effects, and short-form video content.
Adapt designs and animations for different digital platforms and formats.
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.
Manage multiple projects and deliver work within deadlines.
Stay updated with the latest motion design, video, and social media trends.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Good understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
Experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a creative team.
A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and animation work is required.

Good to Have

Experience with 3D animation/design or tools such as Blender/Cinema 4D.
Knowledge of AI-based creative and video tools.
Experience in advertising, branding, digital marketing, or political communication.
