Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated
Computer Science Faculty to teach students at
PUC (State Board – Karnataka) and
BCA/MCA (Bangalore University) levels. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, teaching expertise, and the ability to engage students effectively.
Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Delivery- Teach Computer Science subjects as per:
- Karnataka State Board (PUC) syllabus
- Bangalore University (BCA & MCA) curriculum
- Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, notes, and instructional materials.
Student Engagement
- Mentor and guide students academically and personally.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and remedial classes.
- Encourage participation in projects, seminars, and workshops.
Assessment & Evaluation
- Design and evaluate assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Ensure timely grading and feedback.
- Maintain academic records and performance tracking.
Administrative & Institutional Responsibilities
- Participate in departmental meetings and academic planning.
- Support accreditation, documentation, and audit processes.
- Contribute to curriculum development and updates.
Research & Development (for BCA/MCA Faculty)
- Encourage research activities and project guidance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and tools.

Eligibility CriteriaFor PUC Faculty (State Board), For BCA/MCA Faculty (Bangalore University)
- Master's Degree in Computer Science / IT (M.Sc / MCA or equivalent)
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in PUC/12th standard
- MCA / M.Tech / M.Sc (Computer Science / IT)
- NET/SET/Ph.D (preferred as per BU norms)
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in UG/PG level
