Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Warehouse Incharge based in Rajkot. The Warehouse Incharge will oversee stock control, inventory management, and operations management within the factory warehouse. Daily tasks include monitoring and maintaining stock levels, ensuring the proper storage of inventory, coordinating with production and dispatch teams, implementing operational efficiencies, and adhering to safety protocols. The role also includes supervising material handling operations and ensuring optimal performance of the warehouse team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Stock Control and Inventory Management, with a keen eye for accuracy and organization
- Experience in Operations Management to ensure seamless end-to-end warehouse functions
- Skills in Inventory Control and Forklift Operation
- Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and team management skills
- Familiarity with industry warehouse safety standards and procedures
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience relevant to warehouse/inventory management is preferred
