Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Supervisor based in Rajkot. The Factory Supervisor will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, including production planning, quality control, and workforce management to ensure safe, efficient, and optimized operations. Responsibilities include monitoring production schedules, supervising teams, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, resolving any operational challenges, and maintaining high product quality standards. Qualifications
- Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management
- Experience in Quality Control and maintaining manufacturing standards
- Expertise in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations
- Proven ability to manage teams and ensure productivity
- Knowledge of industry safety standards and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector is a plus
