Job Summary

We are looking for a Factory Readiness & PLM Analyst to ensure accurate product lifecycle data and factory preparedness. This role will work closely with PLM systems, engineering, and operations teams to validate BOMs and track manufacturing milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate Bill of Materials (BOMs) and ensure data accuracy in PLM systems.
• Review Product Lifecycle (PLC) deliverables and track operations schedules.
• Map end-to-end supply chain and identify factory bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure factory readiness.
• Maintain revision control and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with PLM systems (e.g., Agile, Windchill).
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or NPI environments.
• Proficient in SCM Tools / Modules across: Kinaxis, E2open, SAP, iValua
