This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Manager located in Gurugram.

The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing the functional and operational requirements of fabrication work in the plant. Key duties include planning and supervising daily production operations, ensuring raw material availability, monitoring production progress, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely dispatch of finished materials.

The Factory Manager will also be accountable for maintaining overall plant efficiency, implementing process improvements, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinating between departments to achieve production targets.

• Strong experience in Fabrication Work Management and Production Planning
• Proficiency in Operational Tracking and Production Fulfillment
• Knowledge of Quality Control Procedures and Safety Regulations
• Ability to manage Raw Material Procurement and Availability
• Excellent leadership and team coordination skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Prior experience in the Fabrication Industry will be an added advantage
