Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day warehouse operations at our Sewari facility. The role involves inventory control, dispatch management, manpower supervision, compliance, and process improvement to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations.
Key Responsibilities :
1 Factory Operations Management
Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Ensure proper stacking, space utilization, and safety norms along with Inventory Officer.
2 Inventory Control
Maintain stock accuracy and conduct periodic stock audits (Stationary, First Aid Kit, Boxes, Admin Material)
Reconcile physical stock with system records.
Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and damaged inventory.
Prevent stock pilferage and shrinkage.
3 Dispatch & Logistics Coordination
Ensure materials are dispatched on time.
Timely updates on any pending dispatch materials
Coordinate with transporters and ensure timely delivery
4 Team Management
Supervise ware house, loaders, and helpers, Quality Checking.
Assign daily work targets to assembling team, Stock Team, Repairing Team
Monitor discipline and attendance.
6 Safety & Housekeeping
Ensure daily cleanliness is followed in warehouse.
Avoid accidents through preventive measures.
7 Process Improvement
Suggest cost- saving initiatives.
Improve space utilization.
