Factory Manager Cake & Bakery Production

The Cake House | Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager specialized in cake and bakery production to lead and develop manufacturing operations at The Cake House.

The ideal candidate must have 1015+ years of experience in cake, pastry, and bakery manufacturing, with a strong background in product development, large-scale production, and team leadership.

Key Requirements

Extensive experience in cake, pastry, and bakery production.

Proven ability to develop new products and improve recipes.

Strong experience managing multinational teams in factory environments.

Experience working in the GCC or Middle East bakery industry.

Knowledge of industrial baking processes, quality control, and food safety standards.

Ability to manage high-volume production and operational efficiency.

Fluent in English, and preferably able to communicate in multiple languages.

Preferred

Experience with large bakery brands or central production kitchens.

Strong leadership and innovation mindset in cake and dessert development.

Education

Master OF Business Administration (M.B.A), PGDM, PGP, Master of Public Administration (MPA), Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A), Master of Library & Information Science (MLIS), Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), Post Graduate Programme in Management for Executives (PGPX)
