We are seeking a full-time Factory Manager specializing in premium leather production. The Factory Manager will oversee daily factory operations, including production planning, quality control, and the management of manufacturing processes. This position requires leadership in ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to industry standards. This is an on-site role based in Noida, requiring hands-on involvement in managing and optimizing production activities.

• Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Management to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of products
• Strong expertise in Quality Control to maintain premium product standards
• Experience in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations to optimize efficiency and resource utilization
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of leather production processes and familiarity with industry-specific equipment is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar managerial role within a manufacturing or production environment
