This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Manager at our facility in Hyderabad. The Factory Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production processes, adherence to quality standards, and timely delivery. Responsibilities include planning production schedules, managing operations, supervising teams, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role requires proactive problem-solving, collaboration, and a focus on continuous improvement.

• Expertise in Production Planning and Production Management
• Strong skills in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations
• Experience in Quality Control and maintaining compliance with industry standards
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Ability to analyze processes, set goals, and ensure operational efficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is an advantage
