Factory Manager

We are hiring a Factory Manager for our client, a reputed Engineering Products Manufacturing Company based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Pumps, Valves, and Fire Fighting systems, with end-to-end exposure to factory operations, production management, and team leadership.

This is a senior managerial role requiring hands-on operational expertise, process control, and coordination across production, quality, and maintenance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee complete factory operations including production, maintenance, and quality.

Manage manufacturing processes related to Pumps, Valves, and Fire Fighting products.

Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety norms are met.

Coordinate with design, procurement, and supply chain teams.

Lead and manage shop-floor teams, supervisors, and engineers.

Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and operational standards.

Prepare MIS reports and support management decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:

Qualification: B.E. Mechanical or Civil Engineering

Experience: 10+ years in Engineering Manufacturing (Pumps / Valves / Fire Fighting background mandatory)

Strong leadership and factory management exposure.

Experience in handling large teams and shop-floor operations.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary:

As per company standards

Monday to Saturday (Factory Timings)
