We are seeking a highly experienced and result-driven Factory Head / Operations Leader to manage and oversee end-to-end jewellery manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for complete factory management with a strong focus on production efficiency, quality control, cost optimization, and manpower management.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end responsibility of jewellery manufacturing operations (Gold & Diamond).
- Planning, controlling, and monitoring the complete production cycle.
- Effective PPC (Production Planning & Control) to meet delivery timelines.
- Implementing and monitoring quality assurance standards across processes.
- Strict control and reduction of gold & diamond loss.
- Managing manpower planning, productivity, and performance.
- Overseeing recruitment, training, and workforce discipline.
- Cost control, wastage reduction, and operational efficiency improvement.
- Coordination with internal departments and senior management.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety, and operational standards.
- Handling A-to-Z factory operations independently.
